This is super easy!
Using the Big Shot and the Scallop Circle Die, cut 8 vellum (paper - not cardstock) scallop circles

Color the edges of the vellum circles - you do not need to color the whole flower

Using paper snips, cut in towards the center of the flower
Using a water bottle, spritz each of the layers with water. The ink will start to bleed
You will see the marker ink bleeding and blending into the petals, and your vellum will curl as it absorbs the water. You may need to mist again if all of your petals did not get enough water the first time. Allow your flower to dry, this will take a while, but as it dries your flower will take it's shape and curl even more!
Wow, Tracie, that is a GREAT project!!! Love it!
