Tulips for A Friend - Using XL Bird Punch

A friend of mine has been having a rough time so I made her this card to cheer her up.  
It is very easy to make. The tulips were made using the wing & branch from the XL bird punch. 
Materials Used:
C/S: Sweet Pea DP, Lovely Lilac, Whisper White, Pretty in Pink, So Saffron
Stamp Sets: Whimsical Words
Misc: Big Shot, Scallop Square die, Perfect Polka dots, XL Bird punch, sponge daubers, Kisses note cards (occasion mini), White taffeta ribbon
