Home for Christmas with Woodland Embossing folder

As you can see I have been fussy cutting out Reindeer (and Santa's from the Home For Christmas DSP. This paper is such a throw back.  I love the sweetness of all the images and don't have the heart to cut through them.
So this card has several different layers to it. The background is the Watercolor Wash background stamp. It is another one of those "projects" I started and then didn't know what to do with it. It was stamp in Soft Sky.  I was playing around with my brayer and the woodland TIEF and inked up the embossing folder and ran it through the Big Shot. The top portion was done in a shade darker than the bottom to give it a wee bit of contrast. "Merry" was created with red glimmer paper and the new Christmas Greetings thinlits. These thinlits are available in a bundle with a stamp set called Holly Jolly Greetings. I was so pleased to see that the greeting fit into the Itty Bitty Banned framelits. What do you think?  Don't you just love it? And what about the wooden snowflake and new iced rhinestones!?!  With the exception of the background stamp and cardstock, everything else is available in the Holiday catalog.
Holiday catalog launch is Sept. 1. Registration closing on Sept. 1. Register here.
