Party Panda's and Rainbow Builder Framelits.To save paper I used shimmery white c/s and placed all the framelits onto a 4" x 4" piece of card stock and ran it through the Big Shot. Then I colored the rainbow with my Blends. Once dry I used Versamark and clear embossing powder to make the rainbow shiny.
