Welcome Easter - Banner Card

I am having so much fun with the Welcome Easter stamp set and wanted to show you how versatile it really is. Today I have created for you this "banner" card and as you can see, I chose not to add a sentiment so that I can use it at any time.
The supplies I have used on this card are:

• Card stock: Smoky Slate, Basic Gray, Whisper White & Flirty Flamingo.
• Layer circle dies
• Absolutely Argyle 3D EF
• Stampin' Blends: Smoky Slate, Mango Melody, Flirty Flamingo
• Glitter Enamel Dots
