Hello and thanks for stopping by my blog! Today I am sharing with you a technique using Isopropyl and Stampin' Blends. When combined together this technique gives off a marble look. I have been wanting to try this out for some time now but had to wait for the Isopropyl to arrive. Not easy to get you hands on this stuff during these times. But alas, it arrived.
To create my card you will need the following supplies:
- White & black cardstock.
- Vellum cardstock.
- Isopropyl 90% or higher
- A dry water painter.
- Clear Wink of Stella (add glimmer to the die cut letters).
- Metallic gold pearls.
- Floral Gallery dies.
For my second card with this technique I switched up the Stampin'
Blends colors. This time I have used dark Daffodil Delight, dark Polished Pink & dark Calypso Coral.
Blends colors. This time I have used dark Daffodil Delight, dark Polished Pink & dark Calypso Coral.
The card base is Polished Pink and the sentiment was stamped on Pale Papaya. Here I have used the Color and Contour stamp set - new in the 2021 - 2022 annual catalog.
The finishing touch is I have die cut 2 leaf branches from Pierced Blooms using Vellum cardstock and colored them with a dark Just Jade Stampin' Blends
Check back soon for a quick video on how to make the background. Leave me a comment on what you think.
