Welcome to Crafty Collaborations Share It Sunday Blog Hop. The Crafty Collaborations team is comprised of Stampin’ Up!® demonstrators from around the world. Each month, we participate in several collaborative projects including blog hops, like this one, to inspire all of us in our passion for crafting. Our goal is to create, share, and inspire every crafter to keep our creative energy flowing.
There is something about pairing pink and black together that I absolutely love! So to start my project, I ran a piece of Polished Pink card stock through my die cutting machine first with the Picture This dies and then again with the Stitched Greenery die. Don't you love the texture that this new die provides to this card? Stitching is all the rage and this die, in conjunction with the stitched circles created with the Picture This die is a perfect pairing!
The next step was to die cut the silhouettes from basic black cardstock using the Meadow dies. I then layered the silhouettes behind the openings of the Picture This dies, layered some basic white behind them and then mounted this onto a piece of basic black cardstock.
I finished my card with a white embossed sentiment from the Quite Meadow stamp set and die cut with the Meadow dies (notice the stitching around the label?) and popped it up on dimensionals.
Well, I hope I have inspired you to get crafty today!. Be sure to check out the next Share It Sunday idea.
