Sending Smiles Parakeet Party

Today I wanted to create a bold card using Parakeet Party. I landed on
pairing it with black. I really like the "shock-factor" of this card.  The Parakeet Party pops off the black!

Steps:

1. Start with a Basic White tent fold card. 
2. Cut a piece of the 2022 - 2024 In Color DSP at 4" x 5 1/2". 
3. Die cut the right edge with Slim Card dies (item # 157965 - retiring June 30 2022 & on sale for 50% off!)
4. Adhere to left side of card base
5. Die cut the mosaic strip from the Slim Card dies in black and adhere to card as shown.
6. Die cut a large circle and stamp sentiment in black (Sending Smiles).
7. Die cut "Sending" in Parakeet Party
1. Die cut the shadow in Basic Black 
2. Adhere two pieces together
3. Pop up with black dimensionals and adhere to die cut circle as shown in picture
4. Adhere layer to card front
8. Place some Parakeet Party Matte Decorative Dots & Matte Black Dots to the card as shown.
