Hey Chicks & Birthday Chicks Baby-to-Be Card

Ok, sometimes I have a  bit of a weird sense of humor. But for some reason I thought this was clever - the Momma chick is waiting for the arrival of her baby chick - lol.

I have to admit that the Hey Chick and Hey Birthday Chick bundles are addictive!  I just can't put them down.

For this card there are a number of steps - but honestly they are all easy peasy!

Steps:

1. Run white cardstock through the die cutting machine with the Stitched With Whimsy dies
2. Use Blending Brushes (#153611 - get them while you can - these babies are selling out fast!) to create the background (Balmy Blue, Soft Seafoam and Crumb Cake used on my card)
3. Ink up the hen house die with crumb cake ink and run it through the die cutting machine on Crumb Cake ink - then use a blending brush to add some additional color (crumb cake).
4. Die cut the corn stalks, corn, sign, fence and chicken wire
5. Color the chick and the egg with Stampin' Blends.
