Hi Stampers,
Just a quick post today using a whimsical little stamp and coordinating die set from Say It With Stamps. I couldn't resist making it look like the present was being carried away by the balloons.
I created the cloud background using a basic border die from Stampin' Up! and added the Stitched With Whimsy frame for texture. The balloons were colored with alcohol markers and the sentiment was heat embossed in white. The image was popped up on dimensionals and finished with a triple loop bow.
