Share It Sunday Blog Hop

Hello & welcome to For The Love of Stamping and the Share It Sunday blog hop where we share what we have been working on.

I have to admit that his has been a labor of love and is definitely geared towards the avid crafter card. I have been working for quite sometime on this card. The hang up for me was the belly band!! GO FIGURE!!

My hope is that the end result actually reflects what I was trying to accomplish and that being that the sentiment looks like it was drawn in the sand. And if not then that's ok.... I tried.

Paradise Palms

I have been way to fussy trying to "make it right".  I hope that I am not alone when it comes to fussing over an element on your card. Have you ever encountered this "problem"? Well enough is enough! No more fussing with it.
As you can see this is rather large card! The finished size is 7" x 5" and when folded down it is pretty thick. Definitely a card that should be hand delivered not only because of size but because of all the detail - I would hate for Canada Post to damage it!

Waves of the Ocean DSP
So where do I begin? Let's start with the what this fun fold is called - A Floating Tiered Gate Fold - now that's a mouthful! I saw this fun fold on a video by Mixed Up Crafts. There are lots of steps involved but her video is really easy to follow.
