Dainty Designs Designer Series Paper - Simple and Elegant

You know, it doesn't always have to be OTT (over the top) to be elegant. My project today was inspired by a talented demonstrator, Gail Ellis. I created 2 cards with the same layout but changed the colors to show you how a simple color change can really change the appearance of the card.

The card on the left uses a purple & blue color scheme. The base is Starry Sky and the scallop oval is Orchid Oasis.

Whereas the card on the right has a softer approach and uses a white base and Fresh Freesia scallop oval.

Which do you prefer? I am leaning towards  the one on the right.
