With the cold winter days I thought it would be great to make something bright and cheery. What better way that to use bright colours like Lemon Lolly, Parakeet Party and Tahitian Tide!
This little kitty was coloured with Stampin' Blends and adhered to a partial circle which I used Everyday Details dies.
